إرشادات المجتمع

تطبيق شباب مكان يلتقي فيه الرجال ويتحدثون باحترام، وهذه الإرشادات تحافظ على ذلك. وهي جزء من شروط الخدمة، وتنطبق على ملفك وصورك ورسائلك وطريقة تعاملك مع الأعضاء الآخرين.

لا يتسامح تطبيق شباب إطلاقاً مع المحتوى المسيء أو الأعضاء المسيئين. وإذا خالفت هذه الإرشادات، يجوز لنا إزالة محتواك أو إيقاف ملفك أو إزالتك من تطبيق شباب دون سابق إنذار.

1كن حقيقياً

  • يجب أن تكون صورة ملفك لوجهك أنت، واضحة وحديثة. لا صور لأشخاص آخرين أو لمشاهير، ولا رسوم كرتونية، ولا وجوه مصنوعة أو معدّلة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، ولا شعارات أو صور جماعية.
  • يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً أو أكثر.
  • ملف شخصي واحد لكل شخص، ولا تنتحل شخصية أحد، بما في ذلك فريق تطبيق شباب.
  • لا تشترِ الملفات الشخصية ولا تبعها ولا تشاركها.

2احترم الجميع

  • لا للتحرش أو التنمر أو الإهانة أو التهديد أو الترهيب.
  • لا للكراهية. لا شيء يهاجم الناس أو يحط من قدرهم بسبب دينهم أو مذهبهم أو جنسيتهم أو قبيلتهم أو عائلتهم أو عرقهم أو لونهم أو أصلهم أو إعاقتهم.
  • إذا لم يرد عليك أحد أو حظرك، فامضِ في طريقك، ولا تنشئ ملفات شخصية جديدة للوصول إليه.
  • لا تضغط على أحد ليرسل صوراً أو معلومات شخصية أو ليقابلك.

3احمِ الخصوصية

  • لا تشارك أبداً صور عضو آخر أو رسائله أو اسمه أو موقعه أو ملفه خارج تطبيق شباب، ويشمل ذلك لقطات الشاشة.
  • لا تحاول إزالة تمويه الصور أو معرفة هوية أحد أو فضح أي عضو.
  • لا تنشر المعلومات الخاصة لأي شخص، مثل أرقام الهواتف أو العناوين أو أرقام الهوية أو أماكن العمل.

4محتوى نظيف

  • لا عري ولا صور جنسية ولا ألفاظ جنسية ولا طلبات جنسية.
  • لا لعرض خدمات جنسية أو لقاءات جنسية أو طلبها أو ترتيبها.
  • يُحظر أي شيء يُضفي طابعاً جنسياً على شخص دون 18 عاماً أو يعرّضه للخطر، ونزيله ونبلغ عنه الجهات المختصة.

5لا شيء غير مشروع أو خطير

  • لا مخدرات ولا أسلحة ولا أي سلع أو خدمات غير مشروعة.
  • لا عنف ولا تهديد ولا إرهاب ولا تطرف، ولا أي شيء يمجّدها أو يدعمها.
  • لا محتوى يشجع على الانتحار أو إيذاء النفس.
  • لا احتيال ولا نصب ولا تصيّد احتيالي، ولا طلب أموال أو هدايا أو استثمارات أو عملات رقمية.
  • التزم بالقوانين التي تنطبق عليك، ومنها أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية أثناء وجودك فيها.

6لا رسائل مزعجة ولا بيع

  • لا إعلانات ولا ترويج ولا روابط لتطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى، ولا بيع لأي شيء.
  • لا روبوتات ولا أتمتة ولا رسائل جماعية.

7الإبلاغ والحظر

  • للإبلاغ، افتح ملفه أو محادثتك معه واضغط «إبلاغ» ثم اختر السبب. والبلاغات سرّية: لا نخبر أحداً بمن قدّمها.
  • للحظر، اضغط «حظر»، ولن يتمكن بعدها من رؤية ملفك أو مراسلتك.
  • إذا كان أي شخص في خطر داهم، فاتصل بخدمات الطوارئ أولاً. في المملكة العربية السعودية اتصل بالرقم 911، أو بالرقم 999 للشرطة في المناطق التي لم يصلها 911 بعد.

8كيف نطبّق هذه الإرشادات

  • قد نستخدم أدوات آلية ومراجعة بشرية لرصد المحتوى المخالف لهذه الإرشادات وتصفيته.
  • نراجع البلاغات ونسعى إلى اتخاذ الإجراء بشأنها خلال 24 ساعة.
  • بحسب ما حدث، يجوز لنا إزالة المحتوى أو تحذيرك أو تقييد بعض الميزات أو إيقاف ملفك أو إزالته نهائياً، وحظر الجهاز الذي استُخدم.
  • يجوز لنا إبلاغ الجهات المختصة عن المحتوى متى اقتضى القانون ذلك أو كان أحد في خطر.
  • إذا رأيت أننا أخطأنا، فراسلنا خلال 30 يوماً وسنعيد النظر في القرار.

9ابقَ بأمان

  • أبقِ محادثاتك داخل تطبيق شباب حتى تثق بالشخص.
  • لا ترسل المال أبداً ولا تشارك بياناتك البنكية، مهما كانت القصة.
  • إذا قابلت أحداً، فقابله في مكان عام وأخبر صديقاً بمكانك.

Community Guidelines

Shabab is a place for men to meet and talk with respect, and these guidelines keep it that way. They are part of our Terms of Service, and they apply to your profile, your photos, your messages and the way you treat other members.

Shabab has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive members. If you break these guidelines, we may remove your content, pause your profile or remove you from Shabab, without warning.

1Be real

  • Your profile photo must be your own face, clear and recent. No other people, celebrities, cartoons, AI-made or edited faces, logos or group photos.
  • You must be 18 or over.
  • One profile per person. Don't pretend to be anyone else, including the Shabab team.
  • Don't buy, sell or share profiles.

2Respect everyone

  • No harassment, bullying, insults, threats or intimidation.
  • No hate. Nothing that attacks or demeans people for their religion, sect, nationality, tribe, family, race, colour, origin or disability.
  • If someone doesn't reply or blocks you, move on, and don't make new profiles to reach him.
  • Don't pressure anyone for photos, personal details or a meeting.

3Protect privacy

  • Never share another member's photos, messages, name, location or profile outside Shabab, and that includes screenshots.
  • Don't try to undo pixelation, work out who someone is, or expose any member.
  • Don't post anyone's private information, such as phone numbers, addresses, ID numbers or workplaces.

4Keep it clean

  • No nudity, sexual photos, sexual language or sexual requests.
  • No offering, asking for or arranging sexual services or sexual encounters.
  • Anything that sexualises or endangers a person under 18 is banned. We remove it and report it to the authorities.

5Nothing illegal or dangerous

  • No drugs, weapons or any other illegal goods or services.
  • No violence, threats, terrorism or extremism, and nothing that praises or supports them.
  • No content that encourages suicide or self-harm.
  • No scams, fraud or phishing, and no asking for money, gifts, investments or crypto.
  • Follow the laws that apply to you, including the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia while you are there.

6No spam or selling

  • No advertising, promotions or links to other apps or websites, and no selling anything.
  • No bots, automation or mass messages.

7Report and block

  • To report, open his profile or your chat with him, tap Report and choose a reason. Reports are confidential: we never tell anyone who made them.
  • To block, tap Block. He can no longer see your profile or message you.
  • If anyone is in immediate danger, call emergency services first. In Saudi Arabia that's 911, or 999 for the police where 911 isn't available yet.

8How we enforce these guidelines

  • We may use automated tools and human review to find and filter content that breaks these guidelines.
  • We review reports and aim to act on them within 24 hours.
  • Depending on what happened, we may remove content, warn you, limit features, pause your profile or remove it for good, and block the device that was used.
  • We may report content to the authorities when the law requires it or someone is at risk.
  • If you think we got it wrong, email us within 30 days and we'll review the decision.

9Stay safe

  • Keep your chats in Shabab until you trust someone.
  • Never send money or share bank details, whatever the story.
  • If you meet someone, meet in a public place and tell a friend where you'll be.
